Call 027 811 5916. Our normal working hours are 8am to 5pm, Monday to Friday, and the phone is answered 24 hours for emergency and after-hours callouts. For anything urgent the phone will always beat a form. Work outside 8am to 5pm is charged at out-of-hours rates, and public holidays at public holiday rates.

Not within Christchurch. Quotes are free anywhere in the Christchurch urban area (Zone 1) and there's no obligation. Outside Christchurch (Zone 2) quote visits are $50 + GST each (travel included), deducted in full from your invoice if you accept the quote, and service jobs carry a $20 + GST travel surcharge per visit, in addition to the first-hour minimum charge. Quotes from photos and details are free in both zones, so the Zone 2 quote fee only applies if we need to visit the site to price the job. We don't do quote visits for service or maintenance jobs, or for work where the full extent can't be known until we start (unforeseen work). For these jobs, send us photos and details instead. If the job is too difficult to price from those, we'll let you know and carry it out at our standard hourly rates.

We're based in St Martins and cover greater Christchurch, including Opawa, Beckenham, Spreydon, Sydenham, Cashmere, Huntsbury, Heathcote Valley, Ferrymead, Woolston, Sumner, Redcliffs, Halswell, Riccarton, Merivale, Fendalton, Papanui and out to Rolleston. The Christchurch urban area is Zone 1 — free quotes and no travel surcharge; towns outside it are Zone 2.

Forms and emails are answered as quickly as we can during working hours. For anything urgent — water running, gas smell, no hot water — ring rather than waiting on a reply.
